Our services, tailored to your content needs, include rapid content bundle creation with a turnaround time of just 5 days. As these services are bespoke and initiated immediately upon agreement, we do not offer cancellations or returns once the service process has started. We ensure that all service details are communicated and agreed upon before billing, aligning with the specific terms set forth in our service agreement.
Refunds
Given the digital format of our products and the personalized nature of our services, we do not provide refunds for either digital products or services. We encourage our clients to thoroughly understand the service offerings and digital product details prior to purchase. Revision Policy for Services
For both our Signature Bundle and Mini Bundle services, we offer a structured revision process to ensure your satisfaction:
Signature Bundle: Includes two rounds of revisions, provided client feedback is received within 24 hours of submission.
Mini Bundle: Includes one round of revisions, with the expectation that client feedback is provided within 24 hours of submission.
If client feedback is delayed beyond the stipulated 24-hour window, we reserve the right to adjust the project timeline accordingly.
Service Delivery Timeline
Signature Bundle: Completed within 5 days, subject to timely client feedback and revisions.
Mini Bundle: Completed within 3 days, subject to timely client feedback and revisions.
Delays in providing feedback may result in an adjusted delivery timeline, which will be communicated to you.
Cancellation by COD
We reserve the right to cancel any project for any reason. In the rare event of cancellation from our end, refunds will be processed in proportion to the work already completed. Any such cancellation and subsequent refund details will be communicated via admin@contentondemand.in.
Force Majeure
COD shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond COD’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or any other force majeure events. In such cases, we will strive to resume operations and services as soon as reasonably possible.
